31st Biennial Admiralty Law Institute

Phelps New Orleans Associate Magdalini Galitou will be a speaker at Tulane Law School’s 31st Biennial Admiralty Law Institute from March 25-27, 2026. She will speak at 4 p.m. on March 26 at Dixon Hall on the panel entitled “Seismic Verdicts—Adventures in Wonderland.”  The panel will explore recent large admiralty verdicts, what defines a “seismic” outcome and the key factors that may influence, prevent, or signal the potential for significant verdicts in today’s maritime legal environment.
