ABA Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law Conference
Phelps New Orleans Associate Courtney Hurtig is a panelist at the 27thAnnual ABA Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law Conference in Nashville for a session entitled “Competing Priorities: Addressing Health Care Workforce Shortages and Non-Compete Challenges.” Courtney and fellow panelists will discuss the legal and financial effects of ongoing provider shortages and changing non-compete laws. Speakers will present real-world examples of how these dynamics are changing the health care landscape.
