Biloxi Seafood Festival

Phelps is a First Mate sponsor of the Biloxi Seafood Festival, presented by the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber's biggest fundraiser, the festival celebrates the rich heritage of the city's seafood and features entertainment, local art vendors and more!
