CERCLA 201: The SUPERfundamentals

Phelps Austin Counsel Phillip R. Dupré will speak at the Dallas Bar Association’s online webinar entitled, “CERCLA 201: The SUPERfundamentals.” The session will cover Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) practice and offers a refresher on the law’s basic framework, negotiations and settlements with the federal government and other responsible parties, and insights into issues arising when a federal agency is a potentially responsible party in negotiations with the EPA.  

The online webinar will be offered from noon to 1 p.m. on March 5, 2026. Participants must have a Zoom account to join.
