George Edgecomb Bar Association Scholarship Banquet

Phelps is a Heritage Circle sponsor of the George Edgecomb Bar Association's 40th Annual Scholarship Banquet, hosted at the Hilton Tampa Downtown Hotel. The proceeds from this event help to provide college scholarships for dozens of outstanding African American students enrolled in public high schools in Hillsborough County, Florida.
