George Edgecomb Bar Association Scholarship Banquet 2024

Phelps is a Heritage Circle sponsor of the George Edgecomb Bar Association's 41st Annual Scholarship Banquet, hosted at the Hilton Tampa Downtown Hotel. The proceeds from this event will help provide college scholarships for dozens of outstanding African American students enrolled in public high schools in Hillsborough County, Florida.
