HCBA Presents Ground Vibrations - A New Theory of Liability Against Builders

Seth Schimmel, Bill Tinsley and Jeff Newsome will present "Ground Vibrations - A New Theory of Liability Against Builders," an educational session for the Hillsborough County Bar Association Construction Law Section Luncheon/CLE. The panel will discuss new development and theories arguing builder and developer liability for generating vibration, the different standards for ground vibration under Florida law, as well as best methods for avoiding and handling litigation that may arise.
