Hurricane Katrina Commemoration: Succession and Probate in the Recovery Response

Phelps New Orleans Partner Christopher Ralston presented the program, "Post-Katrina Emergence of Succession/Probate Work as Critical Part of Disaster Recovery Response," at the Legal Symposium Commemorating Hurricane Katrina.

Hosts of the event were Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, Entergy, The Pro Bono Project and LSBA's Access to Justice Program. 

Ralston's session focused on the importance of succession work following a natural disaster and how that work contributes to recovery efforts.
