Loyola Maritime Law Journal Presents Jones Act Cabotage

New Orleans associate Gregory Burts will present "Jones Act Cabotage" at Windswept: An Offshore Wind Symposium, hosted by the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. The panel will provide an overview of the history of cabotage and its important role in the development and preservation of American shipbuilding and merchant marine fleet, as well as operational insight on how these rules apply specifically to OSV operators and wind farm operators.
