New Orleans associate Andrew Meaders will co-present "Staying Compliant in a Changing Landscape: What You Need to Know About the Corporate Transparency Act and Louisiana’s Statutory Employer Law" at the 2024 Louisiana Young Lawyers Conference: Saved by the Bar, presented by Louisiana State Bar Association. This presentation will discuss the Corporate Transparency Act's reporting requirements, and how reporting entities should respond to a recent court decision holding the law constitutional.
