New Orleans Bar Association Annual Dinner Meeting

Phelps is a Platinum Level Patron of the New Orleans Bar Association Annual Dinner Meeting, to be held at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans. The 97th annual meeting will honor New Orleans federal and state judges and fifty-year members of the organization, as well as officially install the new President and Board of Directors.
