NOBA 98th Annual Dinner Meeting

Phelps is a sponsor of the New Orleans Bar Association's 98th Annual Dinner Meeting. An annual banquet honoring New Orleans state and federal court judges, NOBA will install the new President of the Association as well as new board members and Young Lawyers Section officers.
