PAR 2023 Annual Conference & Luncheon

Phelps is a Presenting sponsor of the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana (PAR) 2023 Annual Conference and Luncheon. The conference will include candidate forums for the upcoming Attorney General and Insurance Commissioner races, followed by a patron reception and luncheon and an additional forum for the 2023 Louisiana gubernatorial candidates.
