Phelps advised Brewsy, an innovative homebrewing company that allows consumers to make wines and ciders at home from any juice in just seven days, in its strategic exit via acquisition.

Brewsy was one of many innovative product lines from its founders, another being the natural and zero calorie water enhancing product Allways.

The Phelps transaction team for the Brewsy sale was led by M&A and emerging companies lawyer William Bishop.
