Phelps Dunbar represented Moreau Physical Therapy, a leading physical therapy, rehabilitation and wellness practice with 17 locations across Louisiana, in its acquisition of Advanced Wellness Louisiana, a physical therapy clinic serving patients in the Baton Rouge area. The acquisition will be Moreau Physical Therapy’s fourth location in Baton Rouge and will allow the company to maximize and enhance its services to provide expert care for patients.
