Phelps Dunbar Represents Wampold Companies in Purchase of Historic New Orleans Whitney Bank Building

Phelps Dunbar represented Wampold Companies, a commercial office, multifamily and hospitality developer and property manager, in its purchase of the Whitney Bank Building Complex from the Hancock Whitney Corporation in a joint venture with Lenny Lemoine, founder and CEO of The Lemoine Company, a commercial general contractor.

The Phelps transaction team was led by partners Randy Roussel and Ryan Moon and associates Trevor Haynes, Ryan King and William Mitchell.
