Phelps Expands Litigation Support for Commercial Clients in Fort Worth
FORT WORTH, Tx. — March 28, 2022 — Dan Steppick has joined Phelps as counsel in its Fort Worth litigation team. Dan will bring added support to commercial clients and professionals as construction, insurance and business sectors expand to meet opportunities in Texas’ fast-growing economy.
Dan serves as lead trial counsel on a wide range of claims, from construction disputes to landlord-tenant issues. He brings extensive litigation experience to help businesses, insurance professionals, architects and engineers resolve issues quickly so they can get back to doing what they do best.
Dan brings with him associate Zshoná Workman, who has significant experience guiding companies and individuals through business litigation and estate planning issues.
