Phelps Represents Eldorado Resorts in Merger to Create the Country's Largest Casino and Entertainment Company

Phelps Dunbar represented Eldorado Resorts, Inc., as regulatory and local M&A counsel in its $17.3 billion merger with Caesars Entertainment Corporation. The transaction created the largest casino and entertainment company in the U.S., with more than 55 casino resorts and gaming facilities across 16 states.
