Phelps helps global agriculture company acquire strategic Tennessee warehouse property

Phelps represented Olam Agri Americas in the acquisition of a 49.4-acre warehouse property from Cargill, helping the company expand its operational capacity in the Mid-South. The property includes nearly 1 million square feet of warehouse space and will help the agribusiness leader grow its merchandising and trading operations while maintaining an active presence in the Memphis market.
