Phelps’ White Collar Lawyers Chosen for Inaugural Lawdragon List
NEW ORLEANS – August 5, 2025 – Four members of Phelps’ White Collar Defense and Investigations practice were named to the inaugural Lawdragon 500 Global Leaders in Crisis Management Guide in the following areas:

- Walt Green – White Collar, Investigations, Cyber
- Candace Gregory – Litigation, White Collar, Investigations
- Mike Hurst – Litigation, White Collar, Investigations
Brian concentrates his practice on white collar criminal defense matters and investigations, False Claims Act/Qui Tam and other types of whistleblower investigations and litigation, regulatory compliance matters and complex commercial litigation.
Walt focuses his practice on cybersecurity, white collar criminal defense and government investigations and litigation. He provides real-time counseling for companies to respond to data breaches and cyber intrusions of their computer systems.
Candace focuses on litigation, cybersecurity, white collar defense and investigations, and Media and First Amendment law. She is also a trained mediator and is available to act as a neutral third party to assist litigants in resolving their disputes prior to trial.
Mike guides clients through all phases of litigation in matters involving the False Claims Act, government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, health care fraud claims, corporate compliance, whistleblower complaints and white collar criminal defense.
