SSCA Summer Training Conference 2024

Phelps is a sponsor of the Southern States Correctional Association (SSCA) Summer Training Conference, hosted July 14 - 19 at the Hilton-Baton Rouge Capitol Center. This year's conference will bring together professionals from 14 states representing virtually every type of corrections agency, including youth and adult services, probation and parole, counselors, teachers, administrators and volunteers.
