Three Phelps Attorneys Join Texas Super Lawyers’ 2021 Rising Stars List

HOUSTON — March 23, 2021 — Three lawyers from Phelps’ Houston office made the 2021 Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. Partners Michael E. Streich and Elly A. Vecchio and associate Andy R. Nash were among the 5% of nominated Texas lawyers chosen for the list.

Michael and Andy were both recognized for their work helping transportation and maritime clients find solutions when facing lawsuits or arbitration. Elly was chosen for her work on eminent domain matters, including guiding clients from the early stages of a public use project through completion.

Super Lawyers ranks attorneys from more than 70 practice areas and weighs them on 12 different factors. Then their peers vote for them based on their professional achievements. To qualify for the Texas Rising Stars honor, lawyers must meet these requirements and either have 10 years or less in practice or be 40 years old or younger.
