Mr. Marsh’s practice covers an array of issues that arise in the employment context, including employer compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws, including Section 1981, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He has litigated a variety of civil rights cases arising under the U.S. Constitution and has tried cases in state and federal courts in Mississippi.
