Phelps opened its Raleigh office in November 2011 as a part of the firm’s goal of becoming the preeminent firm in the Southern region of the United States. Building on the firm’s growth in recent years and in response to the need of its clients, the move into Raleigh allows our firm to more effectively serve clients who have needs throughout the state of North Carolina as well as South Carolina.
