Paige Jones practices in the area of insurance and reinsurance. She has a diverse practice involving the representation of domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in insurance coverage litigation and insurance regulatory compliance. Paige routinely counsels clients and resolves complex coverage disputes. Additionally, she manages litigation and arbitration matters involving large loss commercial and residential claims, reinsurance claims, onshore energy claims and claims involving allegations of bad faith, fraud, theft, business interruption/contingent business interruption, rescission, appraisal and intentional acts.

Paige Jones practices in the area of insurance and reinsurance. Paige routinely counsels clients and resolves complex coverage disputes. Paige represents insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes arising under both standard, published coverage forms, as well as manuscript policy wordings and in multi-layered placements. She has handled numerous first-party and reinsurance claims arising out of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike and Harvey, and frequently represents clients in responding to claims arising from wind, hail and other weather-related catastrophes. In addition to assisting clients with post-claim advices, she counsels clients on effective claims handling practices and provides underwriting assistance for manuscript policy language.

Paige also serves as a member of Phelps Dunbar’s Operations Committee and mentors and manages a team of coverage attorneys in the insurance and reinsurance practice group in the Dallas and Houston offices.
