For more than two decades, Paige has managed litigation and arbitration matters involving large loss commercial and residential claims, onshore energy claims and claims involving allegations of bad faith, fraud, theft, business interruption/contingent business interruption, rescission, appraisal and intentional acts. In addition to assisting clients with post-claim advice, she counsels clients on effective claims handling practices and provides underwriting assistance for manuscript policy language.

  • Represented numerous Lloyd’s syndicates and domestic insurers in complex first-party property matters involving school districts and municipalities in Texas and Florida.
  • Represented Lloyd’s syndicates in declaratory judgment action in northern Alabama for rescission of insurance policy based on material misrepresentations in the application.
  • Retained by numerous Lloyd’s syndicates and domestic insurers to provide legal advice regarding coverage for business income claims arising from COVID-19 to universities, municipalities, property management companies, medical facilities, restaurants, hotels/motels, gyms and chemical manufacturers and distributors.
