Abby Church

Abby Church helps clients and deal teams work through complex issues, negotiate agreements and keep transactions moving forward. She supports mergers and acquisitions and real estate deals, addressing deal-related issues to reach agreements that advance clients’ business goals.

While in law school, Abby competed in national transactional competitions with the University of Mississippi School of Law's Negotiation Board. She negotiated complex deal terms under tight deadlines, balancing competing interests to build practical agreements that mirrored the pace and challenges of business transactions. She closed the winning deal and was named a national champion at the 2026 Chicago Bar Association Transactional Negotiation Competition.

Abby also served as an associate articles editor of the Mississippi Law Journal during law school, and the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law published her examination of how contract terms shape bargaining power and legal protections in the collegiate competitive dance and cheer and the national pageant organization titleholder landscapes.
