Adam Guarisco helps individuals and companies structure tax-efficient business formations, transfers and successions that preserve their long-term financial goals. He builds asset protection strategies and protects them through sound corporate governance, contractor documents and estate planning. He drafts company agreements, reviews contracts and supports deals, giving clients clear insights so they can make informed decisions on organizational and tax‑sensitive issues.
Building on his background as an accountant, Adam brings a practical understanding of how legal and financial considerations intersect, particularly involving tax exemptions and complex trusts.
While at LSU Law, Adam earned a graduate certificate in estate planning and taxation and served as a senior editor for the Journal of Energy Law and Resources. He is pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
