Brendan Besh practices in the area of litigation. He has experience in Louisiana’s most litigated venues and at every stage of the dispute resolution cycle, from investigations and pre-suit settlement to summary judgment, jury trial issues, and licensing proceedings. His work in federal court includes a federal judicial clerkship in the Fifth Circuit as well as appellate advocacy.
When helping navigate clients through the path to resolution, Brendan identifies winning litigation strategies and a variety of options. His practice background includes several areas of insurance, including professional liability and first-party property claims and coverage litigation, maritime matters, and business/unfair competition torts.
In law school, Brendan received the Rice-Murphy Fellowship for scholarship in the field of bioethics. He also served as a clerk for the Office of the Louisiana Solicitor General and was president of the St. Thomas More Society.
