Camille Broussard represents employers in both litigation and ongoing employment counseling, advising on matters ranging from workplace disputes to compliance and risk-management issues. She resolves wage and hour disputes and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII discrimination and retaliation claims, administrative charges before agencies such as the EEOC and OSHA, and disputes involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets and employment agreements. Camille brings significant federal court experience to help employers handle all stages of litigation, from case strategy and discovery through dispositive motion practice.

Camille also works closely with employers to provide practical guidance on workforce management and compliance matters, including employment policy development, workforce audits, employee classification and pay practices, and internal risk assessments. She assists employers in evaluating workplace policies and practices under evolving federal, state and local employment laws and developing solutions that align with their operational and business goals.

Camille represents employers in construction, health care, industrial supply, insurance, agriculture, telecommunications, government, education, hospitality and automotive care. Many of her clients operate on a regional or national scale, and she regularly advises employers with workforces across multiple jurisdictions on the practical application of federal and state employment laws. She partners with employers to navigate workplace issues in real time while balancing legal, operational and business considerations.
