Camille also works closely with employers to provide practical guidance on workforce management and compliance matters, including employment policy development, workforce audits, employee classification and pay practices, and internal risk assessments. She assists employers in evaluating workplace policies and practices under evolving federal, state and local employment laws and developing solutions that align with their operational and business goals.
Camille represents employers in construction, health care, industrial supply, insurance, agriculture, telecommunications, government, education, hospitality and automotive care. Many of her clients operate on a regional or national scale, and she regularly advises employers with workforces across multiple jurisdictions on the practical application of federal and state employment laws.
