Caroline Catchpole Spradlin brings a measured, calm approach to help companies manage construction-related disputes. From small business owners to international engineering firms, she walks clients through every stage of litigation and designs practical resolutions that meet their goals.

Though she works with clients across a wide range of industries, Caroline focuses on helping them resolve issues related to commercial construction and real estate projects. When something goes wrong on a job, she can step in before a claim is filed and help all parties negotiate a mutually agreeable resolution. And if an agreement can’t be reached, she has experience advocating for clients across the state of Florida in all courts at both the state and federal level, including bankruptcy court.

Caroline takes time to develop a comfort level with clients and uncover the motivations behind their goals. Having grown up around the real estate industry, she understands the costs that come with construction errors, payment delays and land use disputes. This perspective helps her structure a litigation plan that has the best chance of achieving the client’s desired outcomes.
