He helps individuals, families and business owners preserve wealth, transition assets across generations, and achieve their long-term planning goals. He works with moderate- and high-net-worth clients and closely held companies to develop tax-efficient estate plans that support family, business and charitable objectives. His advice helps clients reduce estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes while creating clarity and peace of mind for the future.
Casey prepares a wide range of estate planning documents, from simple wills to sophisticated trusts tailored to each client's needs. He advises business owners on succession planning, helping them align estate and tax strategies with business goals so ownership can pass smoothly to the next generation. His work often involves coordinating trust planning, shareholder arrangements and prenuptial agreements to protect both family and business interests. Casey also counsels executors and trustees as they carry out their fiduciary responsibilities and administer estates and trusts.
In addition, he regularly works with borrowers and lenders to review and prepare complex credit facility documents. He also advises clients on select commercial real estate matters, including financing, purchase and sale agreements, drafting commercial retail and office leases for both landlords and tenants, and handling due diligence and title-related issues.
