Catherine Jebeles helps banks and businesses move their lending transactions forward and address their broader corporate needs. She works on both sides of financing deals, drafting loan and security documents and assisting with the details needed to document and close commercial loans.
Her corporate work spans the life cycle of a business, from forming limited liability companies and corporations to assisting with changes in organizational structure and maintaining corporate governance records.
On mergers and acquisitions, Catherine works on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. She drafts asset and membership interest purchase agreements and disclosure schedules and assists with other aspects of the transaction process.
Commercial real estate is another part of her practice. As part of a team helping clients buy and sell commercial properties, Catherine drafts lease agreements and analyzes land use issues. She is a licensed real estate broker in Alabama.
