Dakota Stephens is a member of Phelps’ Litigation group. He represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes.
He works with clients to develop strategies that lead to efficient resolutions and, where possible, avoid litigation. When cases proceed to litigation, Dakota is skilled at issue spotting and identifying the key facts that drive a case. By asking the right questions and focusing on the information that matters most, he uncovers the issues that need to be addressed and develops practical solutions for his clients.
After law school, Dakota served as a law clerk to the Hon. Terry Doughty of the Western District of Louisiana.
