- Represented insurers in declaratory actions involving commercial general liability policies to determine coverage and extra-contractual liability, including multi-insurer disputes around allocation and contribution issues arising from construction defect claims.
- Counseled Lloyd’s syndicates to provide coverage advice and monitoring of lawsuits against international tire manufacturers in bodily injury and wrongful death lawsuits involving product defect claims.
- Retained by London Market insurers to provide coverage advice and litigation monitoring regarding coverage for business income claims stemming from COVID-19 shutdowns.
