
Evan Dahdah handles complex civil litigation matters with a focus on general liability and catastrophic personal injury cases. He also has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes including product liability, business torts, insurance coverage, real estate, land use, and regulatory takings claims. Evan is involved in all phases of the litigation process, including pre-suit handling, discovery, mediation, motion practice, and trial.
While in law school, Evan served as an articles editor and digest writer for the Stetson Law Review. He was also a member of Stetson’s Moot Court Board, and his team won the 19th Annual Leroy R. Hassell Sr. National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition. He was a teaching assistant for Evidence & Trial Advocacy and earned book awards in Evidence and Sales & Leases.

- Secured summary judgment for a peer-to-peer car-sharing owner and platform after oral argument on a national issue of first impression involving application of the federal Graves Amendment.
- Pro hac vice representation of a peer-to-peer car-sharing program and shared vehicle owner in Georgia state court, secured multiple favorable resolutions in novel cases before responsive pleadings were filed.
- Defended a Dutch designer and manufacturer of recreational inflatable airbags in federal court against product liability claims, securing a favorable confidential pre-trial resolution.
- Secured summary judgment for a short-term vacation rental host in a premises liability case involving an alleged optical illusion, effectively striking an expert opinion on applicability of commercial building code compliance. Successfully defended the appeal before the Fifth District Court of Appeal.
