Gavin Curley

Gavin practices business law with a focus in the areas of real estate and mergers and acquisitions.
He helps clients with commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of property. Gavin assists owners, developers, investors and lenders in navigating the legal and financial considerations that shape successful real estate projects.
Gavin also represents businesses in mergers and acquisitions and advises them in a variety of corporate matters.
While in law school, Gavin worked with the Urban Development Practicum, where he conducted property title research to identify liens, judgments and other encumbrances and prepared reports to support probate, conservatorship, and rehabilitation efforts for blighted properties. He also served as Production Editor of the Duquesne Law Review.
