Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar in 1974, Harry served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Jack M. Gordon, Judge, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana. He also served as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana from 1990-1993.
