    Helen Jay defends employers against a broad range of labor and employment claims to find efficient solutions to disputes. She leverages a firm understanding of regulator priorities and knack for negotiation to assess a claim’s merits, mediate issues, and confidently prepare clients for trial.

    Large corporations look to Helen’s experience handling discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims before local, state and federal administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. When a complaint can be resolved favorably before a suit is filed, she steers negotiations with employers’ operational and reputational goals in mind.
