- Assisted in drafting successful oppositions to several petitions to the United States Supreme Court seeking writs of certiorari, thereby preserving appellate victories for clients.
- Obtained multi-million dollar jury verdict in federal court for local Louisiana business in breach-of-contract case and negotiated favorable settlement while case was on appeal.
