John R. Zoesch III
Partner
Jack Zoesch keeps companies and entrepreneurs competitive when disputes and lawsuits arise. He helps clients, from government contractors to content creators, avoid the disruption brought by claims of breach of contract, infringement of intellectual property, and business torts. Jack deploys IP and trade secret protections that make clients’ businesses run better.
To protect clients, Jack registers vital trademarks and copyrights, addressing the agency pushback that can occur through office actions as well as opposition and cancellation proceedings. He aims to “litigation proof” IP portfolios and draws from his litigation experience in securing summary judgment, case dismissals, and favorable jury verdicts. Should infringement and other threats appear, Jack aligns the fight to the goal. Clients count on his candid case evaluations to determine their optimal legal strategies, from pre-suit to federal court trial and appeal.
