Joseph Mengis helps businesses, developers and property owners navigate corporate transactions and real estate matters. He supports acquisitions, financings and development projects. His undergraduate background in finance gives him an understanding of the business considerations that drive commercial transactions.
While in law school, Joseph served as an issue editor for the Louisiana Law Review and authored publications on Louisiana real estate and construction law. He also graduated summa cum laude, earning induction into LSU Law’s Order of the Coif.
