Kristina R. Taylor practices in the area of eminent domain, where she supports public utilities, municipalities and government agencies secure easements and property rights necessary for major infrastructure projects.
Before joining Phelps, Kristina served as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the Office of Special Masters within the United States Court of Federal Claims. In those roles, she analyzed extensive evidentiary records, drafted judicial opinions, and addressed issues involving federal procedure, administrative law, and highly technical subject matter.
Kristina also worked as a legal content editor for the American Association for Justice, where she strengthened her ability to distill dense legal and technical concepts into clear, precise writing.
