Kristina Silcocks helps clients navigate eminent domain, transportation and government-related litigation. She works closely with both condemning authorities and property owners to resolve eminent domain issues. She also represents clients in regulatory matters before state and local agencies, including for bid protests, contract procurements, motor carrier audits and enforcement, and environmental regulatory compliance.
