Melisse D. Speligene

Melisse Speligene works with businesses to draft and negotiate contracts, handle formation and corporate governance issues, and support transactions that advance their goals. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to help clients evaluate their options and catch and resolve potential roadblocks before they disrupt a deal.

While in law school, Melisse was one of 20 graduates elected to the Order of the Coif, and she served as senior associate and development editor for the Louisiana Law Review. The law review published her article proposing changes to Louisiana Law to clarify how production costs are shared between drilling operators and mineral owners.
