Mitchell McBride practices in the area of litigation with a focus on complex commercial lawsuits and white-collar defense.
During law school, he gained valuable experience working in the Department of Justice Criminal Fraud Section. Before joining Phelps, Mitchell served as a law clerk to the Hon. Anthony Epstein, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
