- Supported prominent technology company’s $10 billion data center build in Louisiana by completing environmental diligence and coordinating with state and local authorities and utilities.
- Advanced leading energy provider’s $750 million generation plant to provide electricity to rural Louisiana, completing environmental diligence, obtaining Title V minor modification and resolving air permitting and regulatory issues.
- Helped to secure $250 million financing to develop major solar facility in Louisiana. Conducted environmental diligence, assessed local and federal permitting issues and helped to draft lender opinion letter in support of the development.
- Guided gas storage operator through environmental issues after a Class III well mechanical integrity failure, including plugging and abandonment of the well, approval for alternative post-closure monitoring plan, and advice on rights against former operators.
- Helped pipeline operator remove and relocate underwater pipelines in line with Water Rights Development Act for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project development.
- Performed multimedia assessment and remediation work at brownfield sites across the country, including in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Ohio, Kansas, Texas, North Carolina, California, Indiana, Wyoming, Maryland, Montana and Kentucky.
