Steven Blank is a member of Phelps’ Litigation group. He represents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts and personal injury matters. His practice includes managing all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery through motion practice and resolution.
He also has experience representing contractors, subcontractors and industry professionals—including engineers and architects—in construction-related disputes involving defects, project delays, professional negligence and payment disputes.
Steven is a member of Phelps’ Sports group, where he advises professional and college athletes, sports organizations and related businesses on a variety of legal and strategic matters.
