Vanessa is a licensed title insurance agent and has experience in underwriting and resolving title issues associated with complex real estate transactions.
Experience
- Assisted claims administrator charged by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in implementing the class action settlement of over 300,000 claims arising from the largest oil spill in U.S. history.
- Structured and closed transactions for a regional health care system in the acquisition of hospitals and clinics across the Southeast U.S.
- Coordinated residential sales for a major condominium developer and facilitated owner, board claims and other issues that arose throughout transactions.
- Assisted with acquisition of sites for solar development facilities, carbon sequestration sites, and port commission.
