Virginia represents insurers, businesses and property owners in disputes involving construction projects, property damage, liability claims and real estate title issues. She helps clients evaluate risk and navigate litigation from initial investigation through trial and appeal.

As part of her construction practice, Virginia handles litigation between owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers over construction defects and project specifications. She also works with title insurers and property owners to clear up title defects, ownership questions and succession-related issues.

Virginia also advises insurers on first-party property and third-party liability matters, including bad faith claims, premises liability and coverage issues, and she represents businesses in commercial disputes. She manages discovery, handles depositions and hearings, and works with experts to prepare matters for trial.

Experience managing Louisiana hurricane claims through the state's case management order sharpened Virginia's ability to handle complex discovery on demanding timelines. She also reviews residential and commercial policy language to evaluate coverage issues and assess risk.

An active leader in the New Orleans legal community, Virginia is closely involved with the New Orleans Bar Association (NOBA). She serves on NOBA’s Young Lawyers Section council and has co-chaired the New Orleans Bar & Grille benefitting the Veterans Justice Fellowship, co-chaired the inaugural Cornhole Classic fundraiser benefitting the Pro Bono Project, participated in the Bench and Bar Build benefitting the New Orleans Habitat for Humanity, and has chaired NOBA's Big Easy Bootcamp to help mentor newly barred lawyers.

While in law school, Virginia served as a senior associate for the Louisiana Law Review.
