Adam Bender is a dealmaker. So when clients need help with their land negotiations, they turn to Adam. As a former oil and gas land manager, Adam has been on both sides of the negotiation table. He knows what the other side wants, and he works to create a fair deal that makes everyone happy.

Before joining Phelps, Adam began his career at the U.S. Department of Energy as a member of the Office of General Counsel at Southwestern Power Administration handling property matters, employment litigation and energy development projects.
